Application:
After removal from packaging, remove protective film and apply the adhesive side of the toe warmer to the top or bottom of the sock. Do not apply directly onto the skin. It only takes a few minutes for the warmers to reach their maximum temperature, so they should be left to breathe for several minutes before use. You will have comfortably warm feet for up to 6 hours
