After opening the packaging, the protective film can be removed and the warmer can be stuck anywhere on the bottom layer of clothing in the back and neck area.

A noticeable warmth develops after a few minutes. The large heat plaster provides cozy warmth for over 8 hours.

Note:

• Do not apply directly to the skin, but always stick to the bottom layer of clothing.
• Not suitable for diseased or sensitive skin (e.g. diabetics, people with sensory disorders)
• Remove the warmer immediately if it becomes uncomfortably hot
• Do not use while sleeping
• Not reusable
