After opening the packaging, the protective film must first be removed. The abdominal warmer can then be placed anywhere on the body on the bottom layer of clothing, ideally in the lower abdomen area.

• Not suitable for pregnant women
• Not suitable for diseased or sensitive skin (e.g. diabetics, people with sensory disorders)
• Remove the warmer immediately if it becomes uncomfortably hot
• Do not use while sleeping
• Not reusable
