After opening the packaging, the protective film must first be removed from the pad. The toe warmer is then attached to the socks with the adhesive side facing upwards or downwards. Now the shoes can be put on. The colder it is, the more important it is to have a well-insulated shoe.

Notes:

• Do not apply directly to the skin, but always stick to the socks.
• Not suitable for diseased or sensitive skin (e.g. diabetics, people with sensory disorders)
• Remove the warmer immediately if it becomes uncomfortably hot
• Do not use while sleeping
• Not reusable
• Observe the safety instructions on the packaging
