After opening the packaging, the warmer can be put on like a belt. It is best worn on the bottom layer of clothing.
If you like it particularly warm, you can also use the stretch/fleece belt directly over the skin.
The heat belt is dermatologically tested. Place it so that the heat cells are in the desired position. The belt is fastened with Velcro.
