After opening the package, remove the protective film and apply the warmer to any area of the back—either directly on the skin or on the innermost layer of clothing.
After a few minutes, you’ll feel a noticeable warmth. The heat patch provides up to 12 hours of soothing warmth.
Note:
- Not suitable for diseased or sensitive skin (e.g. diabetics, people with sensory disorders)
- Remove the warmer immediately if it becomes uncomfortably hot
