After opening the packaging, the warmer is attached to the knee area using a stretch/velcro strap. A noticeable warmth develops after a few minutes.
Notes:
- Best used while sitting, the warmer may slip during sporting activity
- Not suitable for diseased or sensitive skin (e.g. diabetics, people with sensory disorders)
- Remove the warmer immediately if it becomes uncomfortably hot
- Do not use while sleeping
- Not reusable
- Observe the safety instructions on the packaging
