Deeply effective and relaxing heat therapy for the temporary relief of low back and back pain as well as muscle and joint pain.
Ingredients: iron, water, diatomaceous earth, activated charcoal, sodium chloride
Application
- The product is activated by contact with air, so do not open the airtight bag with your hands (not with a knife or scissors) until shortly before use.
- Remove the protective film from the back of the product and stick the adhesive side of the product firmly and wrinkle-free to the painful area of the body.
- It can take up to 30 minutes to reach full temperature.
- For maximum effectiveness, we recommend a maximum application time of 12 hours per day.
- The product can only be used once and is disposed of with household waste after use.
Temperature development and duration vary depending on the environment in which it is used. The heating effect may be impaired if too little oxygen is available.
Contraindications
Heat packs should not be used by people who have a limited sensitivity to temperature, e.g. people with circulatory disorders, diabetes, nerve damage, paralysis or sensitive skin. Do not use on children under 12 years of age.
Warnings/precautions

Keep out of the reach of children, infants and animals. - This product may cause itchy skin, red skin or minor skin burns in people with sensitive skin or if used incorrectly.
- Do not use during sleep.
- Check the skin regularly (every hour or so) during use.
- Consult a doctor before use if you have diabetes, poor circulation, heart disease, circulatory problems, rheumatic diseases, nerve damage, skin diseases or rheumatoid arthritis or if you are pregnant.
- The powder inside the patch contains iron and can be harmful if it comes into contact with the skin or is swallowed. If the contents are accidentally ingested, rinse your mouth with water and contact the poison control center or a doctor.
- If the contents of the heat patch come into contact with the skin or eyes, rinse the area immediately with water.
- Never heat the product in the microwave and do not attempt to reheat it as the patches may catch fire.
When using this product
If you feel unwell, find the temperature uncomfortable, experience irritation, a rash or burns, remove the product immediately. If the product feels too hot, stop using it and/or wear the patch over your clothing. Do not apply additional pressure to the product and do not wear tight-fitting clothing over the product. Make sure that some air can always reach the heat patch. Remove the product before an MRI examination.
Do not use the plaster,
- if the plaster is leaking and/or the packaging is damaged or torn.
for more than twelve hours in a 24-hour period. - in combination with pain ointments, painkillers, medicinal lotions, creams or other ointments.
- on reddened, diseased, damaged or injured skin.
- on areas with bruising or swelling that occurred within 48 hours before the planned application and on inflamed areas of the body.
- in areas of the body where you cannot perceive heat or sweat heavily.
for arterial circulatory disorders and Raynaud’s syndrome. - at the same time as other heat-generating products.
- for persons who cannot remove the product independently.
- for persons who are unable to follow the instructions for use.
Discontinue use and consult a doctor
- if your symptoms worsen or last longer than seven days.
- if you notice any discomfort, burning, swelling, rash or other changes to the area of skin where you have worn the patch.
Transportation and storage
